Standard delivery:

Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. As standard delivery is by Royal Mail, there is no tracking information available on packages

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes, depending on the country, tracking might not be available.
